Terms that apply to LilouSoft licences and services.

1. Purpose
These terms govern the supply by LilouSoft of user licences for its software (including Kassa DZ POS) and of related services: installation, training and support.
2. Offer and quotes
Prices are quoted in Algerian dinars, based on the requested setup (number of workstations, options, hardware). A signed quote constitutes an order. TO BE COMPLETED: excl./incl. tax, quote validity
3. User licence
LilouSoft grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on the agreed number of workstations. Copying, reselling, decompiling or modifying the software is prohibited.
4. Installation, training and support

5. Payment

6. Data and backups
The customer remains the owner of their data. The software provides encrypted backup tools; the customer is responsible for enabling them and for keeping recovery codes safe.
7. Warranty and liability
LilouSoft undertakes to supply software that conforms to its documentation. LilouSoft cannot be held liable for misuse, hardware failure or the loss of data that was not backed up. TO BE COMPLETED: warranty period, liability cap
8. Governing law
